I AM NOW TEACHING ONLINE GROUP AND PRIVATE SESSIONS -
I offer classes and private/semi private sessions in line with school term times. Class sizes are small with no more than 12 in each session. This ensures individual attention and a relaxed, inclusive environment.
Each week I change the exercises, and you will be moving your spine in all directions. You will increase strength and tone in your muscles, and lubricate the joints in your body during movement. After a few sessions you may feel you clothes fit you a little better, as your core strength increases. We will work on balance, stability and mobility. As the weeks go on, you will be invited to progress to more complicated exercises, again this is a gentle progression. If you are carrying a particular injury or mobility issue please let me know and I will adapt the session to suit you.
My mat classes run over 6 blocks a year roughly around the state school term time. Your monthly direct debit gives you 1 class per week over 39 weeks of the year in 6 blocks.
Classes cost £8.50 per 1 hour class, covered by a monthly membership of £27.65 (£8.50 x 39 weeks / 12 to make it a monthly payment
By signing up to the monthly plan - you are guaranteed a place in class each term, and the following term if you wish.
If you cannot attend a class, let me know and I will try and accommodate you in another one as a catch up as there are no refunds for missed classes.
I cannot accept part payment for classes missed due to holidays etc unfortunately.
Payment is direct debit monthly by GoCardless - this is a simple and secure payment system which leaves you in control. Payment is taken in advance and secures your space. If you want to cancel you just need to give a months notice.
Please note if you are new to Pilates you will need to attend a 1-2-1 session with me, or come to a Beginners workshop to learn the basics. This is to help give you a head start as you join a regular class.
